ORDERS
Can I add to / change an order I just placed?
Unfortunately no, once an order has been placed we are unable to add additional items. If you email us right away, before your order is filled, we might be able to cancel the current order so that you can place a new one. We will need your order number and email address.
Where is my Order Confirmation?
Sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk/Spam folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation, please contact us

How do I find out what products are best suited to my skin?
If you're having trouble choosing, we have skin experts here to help! Feel free to send us an email, us the chat feature on our website, or even DM us on Instagram (@bodyco.australia). 
How do I know what ingredients are in the products?
Our products are 'Superfood For Your Skin' and we pride ourselves on using quality, natural ingredients. You can find the ingredients list of each product under "INGREDIENTS" on each product page.

I have just received my skincare. How do I know how to use it and in what order?
You will find a 'HOW TO USE' section on the product page. Please remember that BodyCo products are designed to do the work for you, keeping your skin care routine simple. Most of the time, you will just need clean, dry skin and our product - the only one you will need! Please feel free to reach out to us if you have a particular concern and our skin experts can help you. 

What is the expiry on your products?
Each product is different. You can refer to the 'period after opening' symbol on your product label to determine the number of months the product will last once opened.
Are BodyCo products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Absolutely! Our products are specially formulated using quality, natural ingredients that are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. 
I am unable to get the dropper to work?
To fill the glass dropper, you must squeeze and hold the top of the dropper BEFORE you put it in the bottle.

 

 SHIPPING
How do I track my order? 
You can track your parcel by entering your tracking number into the AUSPOST Website
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. However, could international orders will have to pay for shipping on orders under $80. 

When will my items ship?
To the best of our ability, orders received by 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

*Due to COVID-19, AUSPOST could be experiencing slight delays.

*There may be slight delays in shipping (for express and standard) at times of high volume orders. Please also consider public holidays when checking the shipping method.
