8 reasons why exercise is important for your physical, mental, and skin health

Having an exercise routine has so many benefits on your overall health. Everyone has their own reasons for working out, and different activities that they enjoy doing. Here are some extra benefits for regular exercise.

  1. Helps to improve your fitness.

  3. Boosts energy levels
  4. Promotes better sleep.
  5. Can help to reduce anxiety (and any skin concerns due to excess stress eg acne/ eczema)
  6. Improves blood flow (allowing important nutrients and oxygen to go around the body – and get to skin cells!)

  8. Can help to increase collagen production in the skin.

Adding exercise into your daily routine is very important – but never forget to properly take care of your skin post workout (cleansing, using your targeted serum and sun protection).
