Skin Shield is built around physical protection and skin resilience.

  • 20% Zinc Oxide acts as a physical UV reflector, sitting on the surface of the skin to help deflect UVA and UVB rays. This makes it particularly suitable for sensitive skin.
  • Tomato Seed & Cranberry Seed Oils provide antioxidant-rich, lipid support and contributes to the skin’s natural defence against environmental stress, including UV exposure.
  • A Melanin-Stimulating Peptide supports the skin’s natural protective response to sun exposure.
  • 7 Ceramides and Phospholipids reinforce the skin’s protective barrier, reducing moisture loss (TEWL).
  • Niacinamide, Aloe Vera and Hyaluronic Acid help maintain hydration, soothe the skin and support barrier health.

Together, these systems support daily sun protection without compromising skin health or feel. We recommend moderate sun exposure. Re-apply as necessary.

When we formulated Skin Shield, texture came first.

We wanted to create a skincare balm that felt luxurious from the very first application—one that melted effortlessly into the skin, left a healthy, dewy finish, never felt heavy and worked beautifully whether worn alone or under makeup.

Achieving that while incorporating 20% Zinc Oxide took time. After two years of development, refinement and trialing, we created a formula that leaves no white cast, doesn't pill and feels just as beautiful on the skin as the rest of your skincare routine.
