Skin Boosting Smoothie Recipe | BodyCo Blog

Did you know that diet plays a big role in healthy, glowing skin? (So does consistently using the right skin care products for you). 

One of our Go-To smoothies for breakfast or a snack is great for skin health! 

It includes;

  • Oranges- great for your immune system and, because they are so rich in vitamin C, can help to product collagen- an essential protein that keeps your skin plump and supple. 
  • Mango- full of antioxidants to keep the skin nourished
  • Turmeric- anti-inflammatory properties help skin concerns like acne, rosacea, eczema. Also soothes skin conditions, minimised fine lines and wrinkles and helps to brighten the skin. 


  • Hand full of oranges (frozen)
  • 1/2 a mango (frozen) 
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric 
  • Ice
  • Water 

put all ingredients into a blender, fill with water to cover most of the ingredients and blend.

Add more or less water, depending on how thick you want your smoothie
