Summer is finally here, where else would a babe like you rather be than at the beach?
You'll hit the beach for many reasons this season, be it a social outing with other babes, easy access to water to keep your body cool, simply for some exercise or even just to get some Vitamin D.
But, did you know that the beach has many health benefits?
Just to name a few...
1) Sea Water Helps Well Being
The sound of the waves crashing against the shore puts you into a state of deep relaxation. This is because it changes wave patterns in your brain.
By entering this trance of relaxation. you help to rejuvenate the body and mind.
2) Fresh Air & Sleep
Sea air allows your body to absorb more oxygen, therefore helps you get a better night sleep, after being a beach bum all day.
Sea air helps to balance serotonin levels in your brain, putting you into a better mood, and being a happier babe. This is why on holiday you tend to feel more alert, relaxed and energised.
4) Help Skin Conditions
Getting some of the sun's rays on your skin can help to treat any complaints (such as psoriasis). BUT BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER DO IT!
5) Feeling Good
