5 Winter Skin Care Tips

Today is officially AUTUMN!

I believe that this is the best season. We can finally get out our favourite jeans and rug up in a nice scarf, but it's not too cold. 

However, with a new season, and external changes in temperature, you may start to notice your skin may be a bit more on the dry side.

This is totally okay and normal! As long as you are aware of these changes, you can adjust your skin care routine so that you can maintain your glow.

Here is what we suggest;

1. Always ALWAYS keep up your water intake. A big key to great, healthy skin is to make sure you are still drinking about 2 litres of water every single day, even when it's cold. 

2. Try to avoid hot showers. Especially when it's cooler outside, you may want a hot shower to warm up. This dries out the skin.

3. Change your daily skin care product to our Hydration Plus Face Oil. Not only is it made with natural, super hydrating ingredients, it is non-greasy AND has an inbuilt UV protector. It will be the only product you'll need in the morning, and it will save your skin from the toxic ingredients in most sunscreens.
