How to Keep Fit on Holiday

It’s that time of year again, you're pulling out your winter coats and favourite scarves, but soon the novelty of new season fashion becomes numb and depressing. So you decide to beat the winter blues and go on a beautiful, sunny holiday to Paradise.
Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you need to need to leave your workout behind.
Here are five tips on how to keep fit while away.
1. Get tips from your Pilates instructor.
Just like everyone else, your Pilates instructor loves a vacay herself. Don't be fooled by the fact they are just amazingly fit - they would have tips on how to keep fitness up so you don't miss out while you're away. Also, they will most likely LOVE sharing them with you.
2. Check out new classes or get a short gym pass.
Have a look online before you go and see what new workout you can do. Every city is different and offers a range of classes and gyms. This is especially great if you're travelling alone - you may make some new friends!
3. Go for a run
The best way to get to know a new city is to run around. Getting lost down different streets may mean you find new restaurants or bars you may want to try. Just make sure you carry a map so that you can find a way back home.
4. Look up some Youtube workouts
Find workouts on Youtube (such as Toned Up). You can do this in your hotel room, on the beach, or in a nice park.
